"Painting the human form is one of the most important disciplines for an artist, its the point where you have to be the most accurate and have a full understanding of the subject. All other forms of art spiral from drawing and interaction with people. To draw a person is to understand more about them, study and if your lucky see their true self. It is an honor to have the opportunity to draw somebody. With my portraits I try to see what inspires the subj ect, what they get excited about and try to capture that point on canvas."
